Two Oceans Aquarium is an aquarium situated in Cape Town, South Africa. It is named after its location where the two oceans, the Indian and Atlantic both meet. The aquarium was opened in 1995. It has seven exhibition tanks that contain sea creatures from both of the local oceans. The sea creatures are kept in replicated environments. The aquarium is a day out for all the family to see and learn about what lives in the Indian and Atlantic oceans.
The aquarium is situated on the waterfront. It is a 15-minute walk away from the city’s main train station. The 104 bus travels to the aquarium.
Opening Times and Admission
The aquarium is open daily 9.30am-6pm. Admission is set at 175ZAR for adults and 130ZAR for concessions.
