General Information
Tropical World Leeds is a small zoo situated in Roundhay Park in Leeds, England. The zoo is themed with a rainforest and desert area. The zoo contains plenty of wildlife such as monkeys, meerkats, crocodiles and snakes all in different areas of the zoo. The Tropical World is one of Leeds most popular tourist attractions.
Getting there
The zoo is situated in Roundhay Park, which is to the north east of Leeds city centre. Buses run to the park from the city centre, get on buses for ‘Roundhay’; the number 2 and 12 buses travel to the park.
Opening Times and Admission
The zoo is open daily, 10am-6pm. Entrance to the zoo is set at £5 for adults and £2.50 for concessions with under 5-year-olds entering for free. The zoo has an onsite cafe. The zoo has disabled access and parking.
