General Information
Tivoli Gardens is a multipurpose complex that's main purpose is an amusement park, it is situated in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is also a pleasure garden as well as an amusement park, Tivoli opened in 1843. The park is well thought of and loved by the Danish people, it is thought to appeal to all ages. As well as the rides, the park is known for its architecture, scenic areas and the feel it gives off at night, which is that it feels like a fairytale. The amusement park is the second most visited in the world.
Getting there
The complex is situated next door to the main transport hub of the city, ‘Copenhagen Central’ station, which is served by numerous trains and buses.
Opening Times and Admission
The complex is open daily 11am-11pm. Adult admission is set at 1100DDK and admission for children is set at 50DDK. There are places to eat and drink on site.
Went to the amusement park for an afternoon and thought it was a bit dated in parts which is to be expected i suppose. Its well positioned in the city and was easy to get to and access.
