One of the oldest museums in Moscow, Russia, is The Kremlin Armoury that situated within the Kremlin. It is housed in a building that was erected in 1844–1851 by the imperial architect Konstantin Ton. The museum’s collection is very interesting, it includes different types of weaponry from over the centuries and also includes jewellery and other items collected and owned by various Russian Tsars. It is a place where you can learn about elite Russian history.
The museum is situated at The Kremlin. Transport links to the Kremlin are good. The 158 bus stops close by. You can also take the metro to ‘Okhotny Ryad’ or ‘Lenin Library’ which are a short walk away from the Kremlin.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open to visitors six days of the week, Friday to Wednesday 10am-6pm. Admission is set at 500Rbl for adults.
