The Coventry Music Museum is a museum that is dedicated to music, it is situated in Coventry, England. The museum was established in 2013 by music historian Pete Chambers and his wife, Julie. It tells the story of music in the city of Coventry and how people from the city have influenced the music world. It exhibits musical items donated mainly from the local community. The museum is interactive, it even has a studio where visitors can try their hand at producing music.
The museum is situated to the east of Coventry city centre. If travelling by car, then street parking is available close to the museum. The 4, 8 and 9 buses all travel to the museum.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open four days of the week, Thursday to Saturday 10am-4pm and Sundays 10am-3pm. Admission is set at £3 for adults and £1 for children.
