General Information
Stanley Park is a large park situated in the city of Vancouver in Canada. The park covers 1000 acres of land. The park was Vancouver's first dedicated park, it was created in the 19th century. The land it was created on was previously occupied by indigenous people. The park is surrounded in most parts by the waters of Vancouver Harbour and English Bay. It is a largely wooded area with trails suitable for cycling and walking and it also has areas suitable for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The park is situated by Vancouver Harbour. You can get to the park by bus, the 19 bus stops in the park.

The park is a public park, it is open to visitors daily and is free to access.
