Sea World Gold Coast is an oceanarium, mammal park and also a theme park located close to Brisbane on the Gold Coast in Australia. The park opened in 1971 and has a conservation programme aimed at protecting and rehabilitating sick and orphaned animals including sea life. The park has themed rollercoaster rides for visitors to enjoy when they are not learning about and looking at the many different species of animals in their habitats.
If travelling by car, take the Pacific Motorway and follow the signs for Sea World Gold Coast taking the Smith Street exit, there's plenty of onsite free parking. Bus tours run from Brisbane and the Gold Coast to this sight.
Opening Times and Admission
Sea World is open every day of the year from 9.30am-5pm. Day passes to Sea World Gold Coast are priced at 79$ for adults with a discounted price available for concessions priced at 69$. Note that some of the rides at Sea Life are age and height restricted.
