Schillerplatz is public square situated in Stuttgart, Germany. The square has existed in the city for centuries, it is named after local poet, philosopher, historian, and dramatist Friedrich Schiller. The square has a statue of Schiller at its centre. The square is a fairly busy place in the city and is used for a weekly flower market. It is also a meeting place in the city for locals and tourists.
The square is situated in the city centre. You can get there by taking the U-Bahn to ‘Schlossplatz’ which is served by the U5, U6, U7, U12 and U15 lines. The 44, N7 and N8 buses also stop at the square.
