General Information
Royal Victoria Park is a park located in Bath, England. It was opened in 1830 by then Princess Victoria, the park has an obelisk dedicated to Victoria. The park is Grade I listed, it covers 57 acres of land of which most are well kept green space. The park does have activity spots with a skateboard ramp, tennis courts and golf course within its boundaries. Botanical gardens are also a feature of the park. It is a popular spot in the city for a day out with the family.
Getting there
The park is situated to the north of the city centre. It is a 20-minute walk away from the city’s main train station. You can get there by taking the 4, 9 or 19 buses.
