Raekoja plats (Town Hall Square) is a square located in the city of Tallinn, Estonia. The square has existed since the first town hall was built in Tallinn in 1322. As well as the Town Hall the square is bordered by a few other buildings. It is a popular place in the city with people meeting on the square and visiting the bars and restaurants on its borders and in the local vicinity. The square also hosts a regular market and is the site of the annual Christmas tree.
Getting there
The square is situated in the Old Town area of Tallinn. You can get there on foot from most areas of the city.
