General Information
Peace Gardens is a square situated in the city of Sheffield, England. The square was created in 1938 but has been improved and remodelled since. The square is fairly picturesque in its setting as it compliments Sheffield's Gothic Town Hall which borders the square on one of its sides. The fountain in the square is a bit of a centrepiece with its cascades which are said to represent the city's rivers.
Getting there
The square is situated in the city centre. It is a 5-minute walk away from the city's main train station ‘Sheffield’. The 1, 51 and 751 buses all stop close to the square.
