General Information
The Parque Etxebarria is a city park in Bilbao, Spain. The park, which was opened in 1980 is situated on a slope in the Begona district, on the site of an old steel foundry. The park is the largest in the city and offers a break from city life with large areas of open green space and views over the city due to the hillside slope its situated on. The park also contains a large chimney that is seen from across the city.
Getting there
The park is a 10-minute walk away from the central transport hub of the city, ‘Bilbao’. If walking is not for you then you can get the bus from there to the park, the A3521, A3631, A3632, A3911, A3912 and A3917 all travel to the park.

The park is a public park, it is free to enter at any hour of any day.
