General Information
The Palacio de Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts) is a cultural centre in Mexico City, Mexico. The wonderful Neoclassical/Art Nouveau building was inaugurated in 1934, it was designed by architects Adamo Boari and Federico Mariscal. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is a place for arts with it hosting music, dance, theatre and opera events as well as exhibitions of sculptures, paintings and photography. The centre has a seating capacity of 1,936. It is a place for talented artists to express themselves in front of an audience in Mexico City.
Getting there
The centre is situated in the city centre. You can get there on line 8 of the Metro system by departing at ‘Bellas Artes’. The 4 bus stops outside the centre.
