General Information
Nobel Peace Center is a museum in Oslo, Norway. The museum was opened in 2005 in the former Oslo West Railway Station, British architect David Adjaye and American designer David Small were behind the designs for the redevelopment of the railway station into a museum. The museum tells the story of the Nobel Peace Prize and its winners.
Getting there
The 12 and 19 trams stop close to the museum at the ‘Aker Brygge’ stop. The 30, 31, 32, 54, 70, 81, 83 and N30 buses all stop close to the museum.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open six days of the week, Tuesday to Sunday 10am-6pm. Adult tickets for the museum cost 120NOK and senior and student tickets cost 80NOK; children under 16 enter for free.
