General Information
The Nobel Museum is a museum that displays the history of the Nobel Prize and its winners, the museum is situated in the city that the Nobel Prize banquet is held Stockholm, Sweden. The museum is held in the old Stock Exchange building, it was opened in 2001 to celebrate 100 years of the Nobel prize and displays the history of the prize and its winners.
Getting there
The museum is situated in Stockholms old Stock Exchange building close to the Royal Palace. The best way to get there is by train to the Galma Stam terminal. Buses also run to a stop which is a short walk away from the museum, these are the 2, 55, 76, 191 and 193 buses stopping at ‘Slottsbacken’.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open to visitors during normal working hours. The museum has an entrance fee of 100SEK for adults. The museum has a cafe and also a souvenir shop.
