General Information

New York-New York Hotel and Casino is a multipurpose complex situated in Las Vegas, USA. The hotel and casino complex is situated on the Las Vegas Strip, it opened in 1997 and is owned by MGM Resorts International. The complex is inspired by New York City, its buildings are meant to make up the 1940’s New York skyline with towers resembling the Empire State and the Chrysler Building with a replica of the Statue of Liberty situated in front of the towers. The complex has over 2000 rooms with 84,000sq ft of gaming space.

Getting there

The complex is situated on the Las Vegas Strip close to the MGM Grand. You can get there on the bus, use the ‘DEUCE’ or ‘SDX’ which stop near the complex or alternatively use the 201 bus that stops at ‘Tropicana. Alternatively, you can get there on foot.

Opening Times and Admission

Most of the complex is restricted to people staying in the hotel but you can still visit the complex and attend the casino and some of the restaurants at the complex without being a guest.
