General Information
Nevsky Prospect is the main street in the city of St Petersburg, Russia. The street which is named after the 13th century Prince, Alexander Nevsky is filled with different points of interest. The street stretches for over a mile and its points of interest include Kazan Cathedral, the Bookhouse and the Elisseeff Emporium. The street is also lined with shops, restaurants and bars. It is the centre of the city’s nightlife.
Getting there
You can get the metro to the street, take the metro to ‘Mayakovskaya’ which is just next to the street. The 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 22 and 24 buses all stop on the street.
