The Neon Museum is a museum in Las Vegas, USA. The museum displays old neon signs discarded by casinos and old businesses in the Las Vegas area. The museum was opened in 1996 and is situated on the Las Vegas Boulevard, it covers 6 acres. The museum is seen locally as important as it displays the history of Las Vegas with each neon sign collected telling a story of what it represented and who it was created by. It is thought the museum now has a collection of over 150 signs.
If travelling by car, there is a car park situated next to the museum. If using public transport, travel by bus, the 113 bus stops outside of the museum.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open daily 9.30am-11 pm, the best time to visit is arguably when it's dark so you can get a full feel of the lights. The museum has a general admission of 19$ for adults but if you want a guided tour, tickets are slightly dearer at 24$.
