General Information

Magic Kingdom is a theme park that is located at the Walt Disney World complex in Orlando, USA. The theme park opened in 1971 as the first of four theme parks at the park, it is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company. The park's theme is based on fairy tales and Disney characters. The symbol of the park is the Cinderella Castle, which was inspired by the fairy tale. The theme park is split into six different zones which are named ‘Lands’, each land has its own theme which its roller coasters and characters are based on. The theme park is one of the most visited in the world year after year.  

Getting there

The best way to get to the Magic Kingdom is by driving to the Walt Disney World complex and parking at one of the onsite car parks and hopping on the monorail to ‘Magic Kingdom’.

Opening Times and Admission

Magic Kingdom is open to visitors seven days a week, Monday and Wednesday 9am-10pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 9am-6pm and Saturday 8am-10pm. Ticket prices vary depending on the package that best fits your needs but tickets are usually upwards of 100$ and are best booked online.
