Luxor Las Vegas is an Egyptian themed multipurpose complex in Las Vegas, USA. The complex operates as a hotel and casino and is situated on the Las Vegas Strip. The complex which is owned by MGM Resorts International opened in 1993, it is Egyptian themed to the point that even the main building is a pyramid. The complex has over 4000 hotel rooms and a casino with over 2000 slot machines and 87 table games. The complex is known for the beam of light that shoots out of the top of its pyramid building, it is thought that the light can be seen in the sky from over 200 miles away.
The complex is situated at the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip. You can take the bus to Luxor, the ‘DEUCE’, ‘SDX’ and 119 all stop close by. Luxor also has a car park at the back of the complex.
Opening Times and Admission
The complex is restricted due to it hosting hotel guests. But there are areas in which you can visit as a non-guest of the hotel, such as the casino and lobby.
