The Jardin Exotique de Monaco, known in English as ‘The Exotic Garden of Monaco’ is a botanical garden situated in Monaco. The garden was opened in 1933 on a small area of rock and was opened with a small group of succulent plant species. The number of species has grown in size over the years as has the garden. It is thought the garden has around a 1000 cacti as well as trees that line the pathways.
If travelling by car, there is a car park situated near the entrance of the garden. The local train station of Monaco is a 15-minute walk away from the garden.
Opening Times and Admission
The garden is open every day of the week, in November, December and January - 9am-5pm; in February, March, April and October - 9am-6pm and then the rest of the year 9am-7pm. Entry to the garden is set at 7.20 euros for adults and 3.80 for concessions.
