General Information
Harpa is a concert hall in Reykjavik, Iceland. Construction of the hall started in 2007 and was completed in 2011. It was designed by Henning Larsen Architects and is recognisable due to its distinctive coloured glass facade. The concert hall also doubles up as a conference hall. It is the first concert hall ever built in Reykjavik and it is the home of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and The Icelandic Opera.
Getting there
The hall is situated on the harbour. It is a short walk away from the city centre.
