General Information
Hangar-7 is a museum in Salzburg, Germany. The museum contains a collection of historical aeroplanes, helicopters and Formula 1 racing cars. A private aircraft fleet the ‘Flying Bulls’ are also stationed at Hangar-7. The museum is owned by Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz, it is a purpose built building built out of steel and glass that has stunning architecture, that has made it a city landmark.
Getting there
The museum is situated at Salzburg Airport which is just outside of the city centre. By bus, take the 10 bus that stops close by.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open daily, 9am-10pm. Admission is free.
