General Information
Hagley Park is a public park situated in Christchurch, New Zealand. The park was established in 1855. It covers 406 acres of land. With large open green areas dissected by footpaths, the park attracts people of all ages for an array of activities whether that be for a game of park cricket or a leisurely stroll in the outdoors or even a picnic. Since its creation, the well-kept park has always been popular and it is a place in the city for people to enjoy.
Getting there
The park is situated in the city centre, it can be accessed from various points. The 60, 80, Orange and Purple line buses all stop close to the park. The park is situated a couple of minutes walk away from ‘Christchurch Railway Station’.

The park is a public park, it is free to enter at any hour of any day.
