FIFA World Football Museum is a museum dedicated to the sport of football, it is run by the football association FIFA and is located near their headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. The museum opened in 2016, it is situated on the first three floors of a 10 story complex in Enge quarter of Zurich. The museum displays its collection of memorabilia from every men's and women's World Cup that has taken place. The museum also contains a sports bar, bistro, cafe and conference rooms. The museum is thought to have cost 30 million US dollars to build.
Take the tram to ‘Bahnhof Enge’, the 5, 6 or 7 trams stop at that stop. You can also take the tram 13 or 17 trams to the ‘Bahnhof Enge/Bederstrasse’ stop which is close to the museum. The museum does not have a car park so using public transport is advised.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open six days of the week, Tuesday to Sunday 10am-6pm. Admission is set at 24CHF for adults, 19CHF for seniors and 14CHF for children. The cafe and bistro are open to museum hours but the sports bar on the site is open until 12 am.
