Einsteinhaus is a museum that is a former home of Albert Einstein, it is situated in Bern, Switzerland. The museum consists of a floor that shows how the house looked when Einstein and his wife and child lived there, with furniture and other household items from the time. On another floor of the museum is the biography of Einstein and pieces of his life works. Einstein lived there from 1903 to 1905 and developed his Theory of Relativity there.
The museum is situated in the city centre. It is a 10-minute walk away from the main train station in the city. The 12, 30 and M3 buses all stop close by.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open daily 10am-5pm. Adult admission is set at 6CHF and concessions fee is set at 4.50CHF.
