General Information
Dierenrijk is a zoo in Mierlo near Eindhoven in the Netherlands. The zoo was opened in 2004 and it covers 39 acres of land that is home to many animals. Originally the zoo was home to European animals only but since 2007 the zoo has welcomed animals from around the world. The zoo is split into different sections, each section being a different habitat to suit different animals needs. Some animals species living at the zoo include elephants, pandas and seals.
Getting there
The zoo is situated in the Mierlo area to the east of Eindhoven. The best way to get to the zoo is by car, with onsite parking available to visitors.
Opening Times and Admission
The zoo is open to visitors daily, 10am-5pm. Admission to the zoo is set at 19 euros if booking online in advance, on the day tickets cost slightly more.
