General Information
The Choco-Story is a museum dedicated to Chocolate situated in Bruges, Belgium. Choco-Story was opened by Eddie Van Belle and his son, Cedric. The two are also the owners of Belcolade, a family-owned chocolate business. The museum is located in the sixteenth-century ‘Huis de Crone’ building. The museum gives the history of cocoa and the chocolate making process and tells people of the benefits of chocolate. There are also numerous opportunities to watch chocolate being made and to sample the freshly made products.
Getting there
If travelling to Bruges by car, there is the main parking garage about a 5-minute walk away from the museum. If travelling by bus, get on any bus heading for the city centre and get off at the city centre stops which are a short walk away from the museum. The train station of Bruges is a 30-minute walk away.
Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open daily, 10am-5pm except for bank holidays. The museum's entrance fee is set at 8 euros but there are various combination tickets available that offer discounts.
