General Information

Chihuly Garden and Glass is an art museum in Seattle, USA. The museum is dedicated to exhibiting the work of glass sculptor Dale Chihuly. The museum is split into three different sections; the Garden, the Glasshouse and the Interior Exhibits, all of which have various pieces of Chihuly's work displayed. The museum was opened in 2012 and is a place to visit if you admire art, Chihuly's work is well known for its technical detail and unusual shapes which are made even more impressive when you consider they were all made out of glass.  

Getting there

The museum is situated at the Seattle Center. If travelling by car, the closest parking lot is at ‘Key Park Northwest Inc’. If travelling by monorail, depart the monorail at the ‘Seattle Center’ stop. If travelling by bus, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 24 all stop close by.

Opening Times and Admission

The museum is open daily, 11am-6pm except for Fridays and Saturdays when it opens later at 7 pm. Admission is set at 26$ for adults, 22$ for seniors, 17$ for youths and free for children. The museum has an onsite cafe.
