Auckland War Memorial Museum is a museum and war memorial situated in Auckland, New Zealand. The museum opened in 1929 and is dedicated to the history of New Zealand, with a deep interest in its natural history and military history. The building the museum is held in is one of New Zealand's more notable buildings, it is a beautiful grand Neo-Classical building. Parts of the museum and the cenotaph outside the museum are war memorials dedicated to those who fought in the First and Second World Wars.

Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open daily, 10am-5pm. Admission to the museum is set at 25$ for adults and 10$ for children, Auckland residents enter for free.
